How much is the Premier Inn breakfast?

The full unlimited Premier Inn Breakfast costs from £10.99 per adult and the continental breakfast from £8.99, according to Premier Inn's breakfast FAQ. Some restaurants charge £11.99 or £13.99 for the full breakfast.

Premier Inn's own pages give two different 'from' prices for each breakfast, so we show both. Airport and city centre hotels can charge more, Premier Inn says. Your hotel's price shows when you add breakfast to a booking.

What did the Beefeater breakfast cost?

Beefeater's last breakfast menu, archived on 2 September 2026, charged £11.99 for the unlimited cooked breakfast and £9.99 for the unlimited continental breakfast. Both included unlimited drinks.

Beefeater served the same unlimited breakfast format as Premier Inn: cooked items like bacon, sausages, eggs and hash browns, plus a continental buffet. Since 10 September 2026 it is only available as the Premier Inn Breakfast. See the last Beefeater menu for the archived prices.

How many calories are in a Premier Inn breakfast?

It depends what you take. Two pork sausages (322kcal), two rashers of back bacon (164kcal), a fried egg (108kcal), a hash brown (100kcal) and a spoon of beans (148kcal) add up to 842kcal, using Premier Inn's menu figures.

These are example plates we added up from the menu's per-unit figures, not Premier Inn meals. Butter, spreads, milk and juice add more: butter is 46kcal a portion and orange juice blend 48kcal per 100ml.

Do kids eat free at Premier Inn breakfast?

Yes. Up to two children aged 15 and under eat breakfast free for each adult who buys a full Premier Inn Breakfast or a Meal Deal.

The offer is for the full breakfast, not the continental. Free kids' lunch and dinner was a separate summer offer that ended on 1 September 2026.

Is breakfast included at Premier Inn?

Not automatically. Premier Inn's FAQ says you book breakfast when you book your room, or add it at check-in, and you can change or cancel it through Manage Booking.

The Premier Inn Meal Deal bundles breakfast with a two-course dinner and a drink, from £27.99. Premier Inn's pages describe breakfast as something guests add to a stay; they do not say whether non-residents can buy it, so ask the hotel.

What time is breakfast at Premier Inn?

Premier Inn does not publish one breakfast time for every hotel. Times are set by each hotel, and Premier Inn suggests asking reception at check-in to reserve a time.

The one time Premier Inn publishes is for hub by Premier Inn hotels: breakfast boxes from the Deli + Bar from 6.30am on weekdays and 7am at weekends. For any other hotel, check its page on premierinn.com or ask at check-in.

Is there a gluten-free Premier Inn breakfast?

Yes, partly. The breakfast menu has gluten-free bread (205kcal a slice) and gluten-free muesli, but the pork sausages and black pudding contain gluten, according to Premier Inn's breakfast allergy guide.
