Who we are

Who is the data controller?

beefeatermenu.co.uk is published by an independent UK publisher and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Whitbread Group PLC, Premier Inn or Beefeater.

For any privacy question or data request, email [email protected]. We are an independent guide to the Beefeater menu and its replacement; we are not Whitbread and never hold data on its behalf.

Collection

What data do we collect?

The site stores nothing about you itself. Google Analytics counts which pages are visited, using cookies set when a page loads.

  • Google Analytics cookies to count visits (see below)
  • No advertising or ad tracking
  • No accounts or logins, so no profile data
  • No stored form submissions
Cookies

Which cookies does the site use?

Two Google Analytics cookies, set when a page loads, plus one browser storage entry that remembers you have seen the cookie notice.

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read, so we know which prices and guides to keep up to date. Google processes this data on our behalf; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Analytics data is kept for 14 months, and advertising features are off.

To stop Google Analytics, block cookies for this site in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.

Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver the font files, as any website you visit does.

Server

What do the server logs contain?

The web server keeps standard access logs (URL requested, timestamp and IP address) for up to 30 days, then they rotate away.

Logs exist for security and abuse prevention. They are not used to build profiles and are not shared or sold.

Your rights

What are your rights?

Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, get a copy, ask for it to be corrected or erased, or object to processing.

Because the site holds no personal data, most requests will come back 'nothing held'. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month as the law requires. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

When does this policy change?

When the site's data practices change (for example if advertising is switched on), this page is updated with a new date.

Last updated: 16 October 2026.
