On its last menu a Brewers Fayre pub classic, burger or grill cost £10.99 to £18.29 depending on the dish and the restaurant, most starters £4.99 to £6.99 and desserts £4.99 to £6.99. The Sunday carvery was £11.99 to £12.99.

Why did Brewers Fayre prices vary?
Brewers Fayre printed its main menu in four price bands, and each restaurant used one. The gap was small: the 8oz sirloin was £16.49 in band 1 and £17.29 in band 4, the Big Stack £13.99 to £14.79.
Band 1 was the cheapest and band 4 the dearest. Sides, upgrades and topped chips cost the same in every band. The Sunday carvery came in three prices (£11.99, £12.49 or £12.99) and the Daytime Value, kids and breakfast menus had one price everywhere. Prices included VAT.
What was the Brewers Fayre Daytime Value menu?
A weekday lunch menu of £5.99 mains, such as sausage and mash, fish and chips, a cheeseburger or a folded flatbread, with a starter or dessert for £2.99 more. The small print says Monday to Friday, 12pm to 5pm.

The menu artwork says 12pm to 6pm on weekdays but its terms say 12pm to 5pm, excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day. It could not be used with other offers, except loyalty points vouchers.

Brewers Fayre printed calories per slice and per spoon: beef 117kcal a slice, turkey 52kcal, gammon 77kcal, roast potatoes 321kcal a spoon and a Yorkshire pudding portion 230kcal. A vegetarian Garden Gourmet chicken-style fillet was served plated from the kitchen. The Premier Inn restaurant menu that replaced it has no carvery.
